Our Better World Real Estate Agents.com™ Socially Responsible Real Estate Professionals promise to give 10% of their commissions to the referred customer’s favorite charity. Our program works for any federally recognized 502(c)(3) charity and for everyone. It does not matter what your favorite charity is - natural disaster relief, environmental protection, medical research, historic preservation, social outreach, protection of children - our agents adn brokers will donate to the charity that you choose!
How Our Program Works
Our program works like this:
1. Charities, businesses, realtors and friends refer customers to our website.
2. Borrowers complete two minute Quickie Broker Referral Application with some basic information.
3. We direct one of our Better World Real Estate Agents™ socially responsible brokers to contact the borrower.
4. We then email the borrower with their Better World Real Estate Agents™ broker’s full contact information.
5. At closing, your Better World Real Estate Agents™ broker writes a check to the designated charity.
6. Next, the broker emails us to tell us the name of the charity and the amount of the donation.
7. Better World Real Estate Agents™ follows up with you, the customer, to ensure quality and service.
8. Better World Real Estate Agents™also follows up with the charity to ensure the donation has been received.
